Julie James joins the Fundraising Team

Monday 8th September 2008: Canine Partners (Registered Charity No. 803680), a charity specialising in providing highly trained assistance dogs to people with disabilities, is today announcing the appointment of Julie James as Corporate Fundraising Manager. Julie will be responsible for building corporate partnerships and further developing the Canine Partners website.

Julie from Haywards Heath has spent the last 8 years with Kuoni Travel working in E-business, Marketing and Affiliate Partners. An animal lover with many pets in the past, Julie is presently doing a home study course in Dog Behaviour & Psychology and has some experience in canine massage.

“I start my new role at Canine Partners with much anticipation and respect for the team here at Heyshott, as well as those working for the charity on a National basis,” comments Julie. “I am positive I can help develop many long term and mutually beneficial corporate relationships that will allow the charity to train more Canine Partners.”

Julie will also be helping Canine Partners by fostering a dog in advanced training. The Charity is always looking for Puppy Parents and temporary foster homes for dogs, so asks any interested parties to get in touch with the team.
