This is the most asinine law I have ever heard of. I’ve read several of the stories that you’ve posted and I cannot believe a civilized (?) country can do such things to innocent citizens and helpless animals. Unfortunately, they are trying to do such things here in the US but some of us are fighting tooth and nail to prevent such horrible things. Keep fighting the good fight and thank God for the good lawyers that help these people.

How many innocent dogs – who may or may not be ‘pit bulls’ – have to die before the UK officials get educated about canine behavior. Instead of targeting responsible owners of a particular breed, why don’t they put their resources into targeting irresponsible dog owners of ANY breed! All dogs bite and the onus should not be on the canine, but on the obvious negligence of the owner. Shame on you!
