this guy

"my wife and i love our dogs (a black lab and a shih tzu). maybe im overreacting because this just happened but our shih tzu just DESTROYED our brand new coffee table. for the first time in our life we saved up to get nice and matching furniture. this brand new $400 coffee table has been in our home a grand total of 3 days and that little piece of crap just chewed fist sized chunks out of it. how he did this in the time it took to go to diner i will never know. right now i have no problem taking that dog to the pound. he is cute and i know someone would get him in a day. i just cant believe he would do that. he has so many toys to play with. i know money is just money and they are "part of our family"... but where do YOU draw the line? this dog has chewed holes in the carpet in our old apt which just cost me about $400. he has chewed up about $200 of my wifes shoes, and now the coffee table. at some point we cant financially tolerate this behavior. he has obedience training and every advantage in the world. he just does not and will not listen. now queue the part where you all try to tell us how this was our fault as pet lovers are want to do. spare me that and just answer the question about where you draw the line on $ amount of stuff destroyed."

I have watched the TV feed of Ryan O'Meara's recent appearances, there was also a clip with Lord Baker of Dorking.

He said that the Japanese Tosa is STILL popular in the UK, look at the figures noble Lord, there was only ever one dog in the UK and the owner exported it out of the country because of the Dangerous Dogs Act, so if there is no such breed of dog in the UK, how can it possibly be popular!

Please allow Lord Baker his own plate for doughnuts but also start a campaign for the Dangerous Doughnut Act, there are lots of suspects to add to it, Lord Baker being the first!

How much room is on that platter of dounts?

I would like to add every single organisation and individual who claims the DDA is unworkable, draconian and not protecting the public yet REFUSES to call for the removal of section due to political climate, thus allowing, by their own statement, the public to continue to be unprotected.
