In the new BBC show ‘Over the Rainbow’, Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber is on the search for a new Dorothy and a new Toto for his West End production of ‘The Wizard of Oz’. To highlight the search for Toto, the BBC has created a ‘Wizard of Oz’ film where all the good characters are played by dogs, and the baddies are cats. Take a look, it’s magical…

The auditions have taken place this week and it’s just a matter of time until we find out who will star as Toto on the West End stage. Dogs of all ages, breeds, shapes and sizes we welcome to join.

A group was set up on Facebook, calling for Toto to be a rescue dog. Over 1,400 people pledged their support and fingers crossed we will see a pound puppy take centre stage.
