Submitted by Jennifer White on March 5, 2010 – 4:09 pmNo Comment

Police have reunited a Pug dog with her owner following a proactive investigation by Greenwich CID. The pug dog was snatched in a Robbery in Flaxton Road, Plumstead on Thursday 17th February 2010 when a 60-year-old woman was approached from behind by a man that took her dog.

Following media appeals, police received information from members of the public and perused several leads until the dog was found. A 20 year old man was arrested on 3rd March 2010 in connection with four counts of robbery. He has been bailed to return to a South East London police station in April 2010.
