Is there not an Ulster or Northern Ireland Kennel Club, or is it all affiliated to the Irish Kennel Club or to the UK Kennel Club? Now that this person has been exposed yet again, perhaps the Kennel Club can ban him, after all they banned Dogs Today from Crufts 2008 for reasons known to themselves? Surely an awful creature and animal abuser like this person should be given a lifetime ban? Dont blame the family blame the individual.
