More people should be willing to go homeless to keep a member of their family with them – human member or non-human. This man should NOT be in jail – he should be praised for being so kind and there should be help for him to find a home where both him and his friend may be safe and warm.

How ridiculous these people are……….does that mean that if someone had a guide dog, they will be thrown out on their ear????? If this dog helped the man recover from alchololism, then I think it is up in the ranks of a guide dog or a hearing dog or any other type of helping dog, and he should be allowed to keep it with him.
