If I could I would like to ask Richard Dixon to name the breed clubs that are being proactive and have actually secured meaningful health improvements for their breeds. Where exactly are the already existing role models?

Does he not realise also that if we achieve better health reporting and recording for pedigree dogs we do likewise for the cross breed. This somewhat muted welcome of APGAW's excellent report is disappointing but to be expected from these highly "political" veterinary bodies.
