This morning K9 Magazine received an e-mail from a Mr Dane Andrew. The e-mail was entitled ‘Rascal-The world’s ugliest dog’, and sure enough there were attached pictures of a hairless Chinese Crested dog, posing for the camera, with his tongue hanging out lopsidedly, his face be-freckled and crooked.
 
 In his e-mail Mr Andrew explains that he is the owner of Rascal, who he goes on to explain, has recently been doing the American television circuit and has appeared alongside side such celebrities as Donald Trump, Carson Daily and Jay Leno…
