Our Rottie is soft, intelligen, & lovable. If there are any sqwobbles over the field where we live they are from little dogs and NOT 1 Rottweiler involved!!!!!! I pity the narrow minded Mr Lennox for not experiencing the sheer pleasure and joy this beautiful breed can bring. I would like to thanks Jon & Mags for bring Red into our lives. Right now there is a proposed ban on Burmese Pythons and other pythons because a starving one killed a little girl. It was only like around the 14th attack in a 30 year period by all constricting species of snake, and that was enough to get people to want to ban these from being kept by anyone. I fear that large dogs, such as Rottweilers, Dobermans and Pit bulls, are next, as they kill and maul even more people than Burmese pythons do. Rio is a wonderful boy and is great with other dogs and people too. He adores our other dog - a rott/dobie cross bitch (also rescued, at 5 weeks old!) -both lying on their backs with their legs in the air as I type!! They love nothing more than cuddles and play. We would have more rotts any day - how dare these self opinionated twerps open their mouths and spout such twaddle! All the hard work done by Jon and Mags - and everyone else at Zep the Dep - helps to save some of these magnificent dogs from misery or even worse. Go for it!!!
