I cannot for the life of me see how they could not prosecute. A stupid, thoughtless, unnecessary act which resulted in the deaths of two beautiful dogs. Shame and utter contempt was brought on the entire dog section by this officer who was in charge of the dogs. These dogs gave care and protection to this officer and the general public in the course of duty. A terrible tragedy that the same care was not given to them. RIP boys you will never be forgotten.
