It's highly evident that the force that would have been required to lodge the fork in the puppy's brain would have taken far more than simply being "dropped" onto him. I don't buy it for a minute. If his owners are guilty of this, I hope they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law - if there is such in Kentucky..... What on earth will it take for this to be investigated?? To think, they saw it happen, and a 12 week old puppy ran so fast, no one could catch it or care enough to look for it? This needs to be investigated!!!!
