I know now that her way is the only way of ever tackling the Health Problems in Pedigree Dogs. If it had'nt been for her PDE TV Film ,would the Kennel Club or Breeders ever have taken any notice of what we Broken Hearted Pet Owners were trying to teel them about the Health Problems in our Cherished Pets. I think Not. I have had the many tears as a result of some of our Cavaliers dying at such an early age from MVD Heart Trouble, hopefully now as a result of the PDE Film ,both for the MVD Problem and the other serious disease afflicting Cavaliers ,Syringomyelia, Cavalier Pet owners have now been made aware of those Two Health Problems ,and will always ask to see a Certificate showing that the Sire and Dam of the Cavalier Puppies have been MRI Scanned and show no signs of SM ,and Heart Checked to show that there are no signs of MVD Again my Many Thanks and Congratulations to Jemima for what she has achieved. Yes the abuse and the misinformation that they have had to put up with is nothing short of shocking. But right will out in the end and thanks to this documentary the world of pedigree dogs will never be the same again. This is a just recognition for that groundbreaking work. For far too long the open secret of out and out welfare abuse and sheer cruelty toward dogs by *some* breeders with a misguided set of priorities was just accepted, glossed over and basically ignored. We should never, ever (ever) allow that to happen again. A line in the sand has been drawn and it was Pedigree Dogs Exposed which drew it!
