Yes I believe my dog to be a member of my family, when i got her from rescue I vowed to take her in and care for her, yes she gets all the best toys, the best nutrition and yes my whole life revolves around my dog from where i can go, for how long and I only tend to go to pubs with a beer garden in the summer so she can come but i am fully aware that she is a dog, she has dog needs, dog "values" and needs to be treated like......a dog! she sleeps in my room on her dog bed or sometimes in the office (on her other dog bed) and ok ok, i let her lick my ear when shes excited to see me in the morning but for her own well-being I communicate with her like a dog and she is fully aware of her position within the household and I couldn't imagine her being any happier! and we sure dont share the same style, her perfum...eau de la fox poop! not so pleasant on me! i can assure you! lol……well what can I say.
