If they cannot even log that they have got a persons dog in their possession, how do they ever solve crimes and record evidence etc? Maybe it is a good job that the police will not have to deal with stray dogs after 6th April 2008 (I know Oscar was not a stray) if this is the level of incompetence shown by police officers. Get your act together Merseyside Police, you have caused totally uneccesary grief to a dog owner and his family, shame on you the police officers who seized Oscar.
