Well done RSPCA and your Local Government Advisors Office, yet again you have ignored the dog wardens, you are just like your other establishment friends who too ignore dog wardens and particularly National Dog Wardens Association, check their website for examples. CIEH members are usually Environmental Health Officers who by their 'seniority' and 'education' are put in charge of dog wardens, I always laugh when I hear about friends who tell me their 'boss' does not even like dogs, well done councils for giving so much importance to dog control! Surely if the dog wardens and the stray dog kennels are part of Southampton council then they are one and the same? Number crunching gone mad!
