They are the most loving sweet dogs in the right hands. Dogs are not toys or weapons i wish people would just realise that. If MP's think banning Rottwilers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers will help it wont it will be a different breed of dog next year. In the story above it mentions a Jack Russell. Any type of dog is dangerous and should never be left alone with young children why is it the dogs fault and not the owner of the dog or the parent that left the child alone with the "dangerous dog"?
