We put many years into breeding Quality - Healthy pedigree dogs. We are not breeding to produce unhealthy pedigree dogs like the program Pedigree Dogs Exposed would like the world to believe. Instead of the BBC pulling out of Crufts and being so negative towards all pedigree dog breeders, they need to funnel some of their PR energy into educating the public as to what to look for when they are looking for a pedigree dog. Education is knowledge and knowledge is the best way to give power to dog lovers when they are seeking out a reputable breeder for their next family member. The definition of a reputable breeder being one that is very concerned with the health and quality of life with the breed we have choseen. Every litter we breed has been in the planning for sometimes up to a year or longer. Our breeding programs are well planned to help produce quality, healthy and as close to breed standard as possible. I can assure you all our adult dogs and puppies get quality veternarian care that does not come cheap. It is time we started seeing PR on the good side of breeding pedigree dogs. Let those of us who work so hard to breed & show Quality pedigree dogs stand up and be counted. We need to write and keep writing to all newspapers and all TV channels till they hear us.
